Sacrifice

After having trouble conceiving a child, Tora, a New York surgeon, and her husband relocate to the Shetland Isles, where he was brought up. In the grounds of their new home she unearths a body which at first is presumed to be ancient. But Tora uses her clinical skills to conduct her own investigation which brings to light some very dark practices.
