This collection includes Giallo films which are murder mysteries featuring elements of detective/whodunit films and slasher films. Most Giallo films originated in Italy and their focus is on the investigative elements of the murders vs. slasher films which typically focus on the slasher and his or her victims. Giallo films are predominantly from Italy with popular Giallo directors including Mario Bava, Dario Argento, Umberto Lenzi and others.
