In a Third World country run by a vicious military junta, rebel forces kidnap Andersen (Keenan Wynn), the belligerent CEO of a heartless corporation that’s been exploiting the country’s workers. Ex-mercenary Baumgartner (Ben Gazzara) and his partner, Watson (Paul Winfield), are hired by Andersen’s right-hand man, Martel (Alejandro Rey), to track down his boss. But Martel, whose various misdeeds include an affair with his boss’ wife (Britt Ekland), doesn’t want Andersen brought back alive.
