The domed city of Ecoban still protects survivors a century after war plunged Earth into a perpetually raining nuclear winter. But despite the best intentions of the once idealistic Dr. Noah, who constructed Ecoban, the city has evolved into a despotic caste system. By-the-book police chief Jay finds herself in battle with her childhood friend Shua, leader of a rebellious group who believe that destroying the city’s dome is the only way to save its abused underclass.
